Dispersing Rotary Dryer

Working Principle:
Dispersing rotary dryer is equipped with a built-in through shaft dispersing device based on the structure of conventional rotary dryer. The dispersing device runs through the entire cylinder in the axial direction. The system fan directly introduces the high-temperature flue gas into the dryer. After the wet material enters the dryer, it is continuously picked up and dropped under the joint action of guide plate and shovelling plate, and is evenly dispersed under the action of the dispersing mechanism. The contact area of material and high temperature flue gas is effectively increased, thereby improving the drying efficiency and fully breaking the material.

2. Continuous drying operation with high flexibility.

3. Adding a dispersing device to enhance the mass transfer and heat transfer of the dryer, and the dehydration process in the dryer is more intense and rapid.

4. Make high-humidity materials (containing about 85% moisture content) from large filter cake, paste or slurry directly into fine particles.



Applicable Materials: 
Various types of sludge drying, municipal sludge, paper sludge, printing and dyeing sludge, etc. can be used for blending combustion of power plant boilers, energy saving and environment friendly. Steelmaking sludge, brewer's grains, phosphate rock powder, penicillin slag, antibiotics residue, pomace, sauce residue and other industries.
